Online registration and login system, integration with existing system.

The organization runs its document management system on legacy software implemented a few years ago. It is a web based system but due to the architecture of the system, it makes it hard to accept changes. The organization needed a registration page for academic institutions which allowed registration only when coming from the network of the academic institution.

In addition, they wanted a back office administration system which allows the management of academic institution names and their departments, along with reporting capabilities. The system was implemented using an open source database and integrated with the existing JBOSS web application to allow access to authorized documents.
